Edit: She is pointing to a syringe. Martha, the girl with blondish hair, wanted to get rid of Beth, who is the mermaid. Martha injected Beth with the syringe, and Beth is in the process of becoming a mermaid, and also changed her hair color. Beth is trying to regain her.. ahem, footing, and her boobs grew some, so her top came off.

I presume that she's pointing towards what looks like a jacuzzi or hot-tub on the boat, and judging by her state of agitation and the fact that her bikini top no longer fits (as well as her bottoms being conspicuous by their absence) that she may well not have been possessed of that very fetching Orca-like tail before she climbed into it?

I think you manage to get your point across well enough, the images speak for themselves pretty well into the bargain.

Quite a humane and enlightened way to get rid of someone if you ask me.

Some people would have taken her hand off at the wrist to get that syringe.
